I’m always dreaming.
About ridiculously terrifying things. Not terrifying in the horror movie scary way, but in the if you don’t have security in who you are…things could get a little awkward way.
So one day, I got tired of dreaming, and decided to start
doing.
All of this was result of one of my best friends life mottos that he had been preaching to me for a couple weeks.
His motto is “Just do it”.

Yep, just like Nike.
This all happened about 4 days ago.
I decided I was going to get online and do some research about this particular dream. It was nerve racking knowing in just a matter of websites I’d be stumbling into the very thing I constantly dream about.
About two days after I had researched, I was having a conversation with my mom about this whole thing that I had been researching and how I was about to “Just do it”.
After hearing his motto I was going through my brain, rolling scripture around my brain, and trying to figure out how biblically sound it was.
It sounds totally crazy and extreme. And I wasn’t sure.

“You open all the doors that man can open until you get to the door that no man
can open, and you let God open that one!”
I couldn’t believe it came out of my mouth, because it certainly wasn’t me.

It was the Lord.
He was agreeing with the “Just do it” motto.
Now, obviously there are times when you don’t just do it, because
you don’t have peace. Or as some call it, their “conscience” doesn’t just sit
well with them, or if when thinking about it makes you nauseous.
Those are obvious NO’s.
Those are the Holy Spirits way of guiding us.
Those are inner nudges.
But when you are burning to do something, go out and do everything you can do. And when you get to a door that YOU can’t open, let God open it.
But always, always, always go out and happen to the world. Don’t let the world just happen to you.
